Whilst the 110 Sport Group developed their UK based live sports channel, they also developed the same website for the Chinese market. This was a full project that was developed on a tight timescale to coincide with a snooker tournament taking place in the UK. The requirements for this website involved a great deal of planning and adaptive thinking to meet the challenge of having a streaming sports website live in China. This involved areas such as; setting up the Payment Service Provider in China to take local payments, organising the streaming video integration that would be visible in the Chinese market, translating the content into Chinese and testing the site on many different browser platforms to ensure the site could be accessed in China. As there was the time difference involved, the project had to be managed effectively so that both countries could be involved in the development at the same time. The result was a website delivered on time and created significant attention from the Chinese internet users.

Monsal are an established environmental technology company that specialise in the treatment of organic waste to produce energy, via a process known as Anaerobic Digestion. They previously had a content managed website that was built in early 2004 and had not had any upgrades or re-branding. Monsal had been achieving top search engine rankings for a number of years as there was on-going SEO management and by mid 2009 the website was redesigned and re-branded. The new website was required to be very information rich to convey their expertise but also to include many downloadable papers for people to use. The new website design was built with usability in mind without compromising the quality of the information available. The result was to provide a new content managed system, re-structure the navigation to have clear gateway areas to their different products and also to have strong call to action for contacts and newsletter sign up.

The design concept was crucial to match the online competition and to appear a large and professional company. The result was a website that promoted the company’s installation portfolio and enable visitors to make appointments and obtain quotes online.
